\Yes he did!
This is T's favorite story... has been for years. He brought it down to me tonight to ask me to read it to him, but I was working on an essay that is due tomorrow. So DH spoke up and offered to read it to him instead. T looks at him with a very serious look on his face and says,"Are you sure, Dad? It's a really big book." It took several minutes before DH could read it... we were both laughing too hard.
